As Americans keep a close eye on the US government's increasing efforts to destabilize Cuba's regime, old conspiracy theories blaming Cuban communism for US social issues have been resurrected. This talk reviews these historic conspiracy theories attributing civil rights activism, Black Power, and even Black Lives Matter to the Caribbean island.
